I conducted a case study on Uganda and the condition of LGBTQ rights following the passing of the Anti-Homosexuality Act. This research seeks to understand the successful stripping of LGBTQ rights in the country, the international response, and analyzing strategies to restore rights and create a United Nations treaty on queer rights internationally.
